Membership
You may be eligible to join Noble Credit Union if you are a family member of a current or eligible member, live in the household of a current or eligible member, or are an employee, volunteer, member, or retiree of one of Noble’s qualifying Business Partners. You can apply online through Noble’s membership page. You can also contact Noble or schedule an in-branch appointment if you would like help getting started.
Noble is a member-owned credit union. Unlike a big bank, our members are our shareholders, which means the credit union is focused on helping members reach their financial goals. We are not-for-profit which translates into bigger earnings on our savings products and lower interest rates on our lending products. Visit our Become a Member page to learn more.
Noble offers a variety of checking accounts, including Primary Checking, Noble Perks Checking, and Noble Perks Plus Checking. Primary Checking includes no monthly service fees when you sign up for e.Statements; paper statements may carry a monthly statement fee.
You can sign up for e.Statements through Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
You can view current dividend and loan rates on Noble’s Rates page. The Rates page includes savings, checking, certificate, loan, credit card, and money market rate information.

Visit Noble’s Online Banking page, or select the Sign Up link below the login fields on the homepage. Then create a username and password, complete the required personal and contact information, accept the Terms and Conditions, and complete sign-up.
Yes. Noble’s Mobile Banking app is available for Apple and Android devices. The app also supports mobile check deposits, so you can deposit checks from your mobile device.
Deposits made before 11 a.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday may be funded by 12:30 p.m.; deposits made after 3 p.m., on weekends, or on bank holidays may be funded the following business day. Deposit timing and eligibility may vary, so members should review the Mobile Banking page for the latest details.
Yes. Noble has partnered with Zelle so members can send and receive money with people they know through Online Banking or the mobile app. Members can enroll using an email address or U.S. mobile number.
Cards, Fraud Protection, and Travel
You can use Card Control through Online Banking or Mobile Banking. Card Control lets members view transaction information, set alerts and spending limits, make payments, set up Autopay, access rewards, toggle cards on or off, report a card lost or stolen, and more.

Yes, especially for international travel. Noble recommends using Card Control to submit upcoming international travel dates and locations so transactions are less likely to be mistaken for fraud.
Loans and Payments
Noble offers several loan options, including personal loans, vehicle loans, home and equity loans, credit cards, and more. You can start by visiting the loan page that matches your needs or by calling the Loans Department at 559-252-5000, Option 2.
You can make payments to eligible Noble loans from another financial institution or with a debit card using Noble’s self-service loan payment system. Noble notes that some loans, including first mortgage loans and modified second mortgage loans, are not eligible for the self-service payment system.
Payments received by 3:59 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will post to the loan by 5:30 p.m. the same business day. Payments made after hours will post by 5:30 p.m. the following business day.
Noble offers Skip A Pay for eligible loans. Members can submit a request through Online Banking, Mobile Banking, or by completing a Skip A Pay form and returning it to a branch. If using Skip-A-Pay, please note that interest will continue to accrue, skipped payments may extend the loan term, and eligibility limits apply.
