All members are cordially invited to attend. If you would like to attend, reservations are required and can be made by calling 559.252.5000.

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to transact the following:

  • Approve the Annual Report
  • Elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors

Open Volunteer Positions

The Board of Directors is responsible for providing direction in the governance and oversight of Noble Credit Union. Our volunteers help guide strategic direction, ensure financial soundness, and uphold our commitment to outstanding service.

The application period to accept nominations is now closed. However, members who are not nominated may still seek election by submitting a petition containing the verified signatures of 500 credit union members in good standing. The petitions must be submitted to CEO, Gino Cayanan, at Noble’s headquarters located at 7 E. Riverpark Pl. E., Suite 110, Fresno, CA 93720 by January 26, 2026.

Noble Credit Union will not conduct the election by ballot, and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of open positions.

Requirements and Eligibility

Applicants must be a Noble Credit Union member in good standing and demonstrate a high degree of financial responsibility. Must be over the age of 18 and cannot be an employee of Noble Credit Union. 

Current Nominees

In accordance with Article V Section I (a. through f.) the Nominating Committee has nominated incumbents Karen Bosch-Cobb and Carla Milton.

Karen Bosch-Cobb
Karen Bosch-Cobb is the 2025–2026 Chairperson and has been a dedicated member of the Board since 2006. Before joining the Board, she contributed more than two decades of service on the Supervisory Committee from 1984 to 2006. She worked at the Fresno County Library for 37+years, serving as the Library Director from 2003 to 2010. Karen brings a lifelong commitment to public service, stewardship, and community enrichment to her role, and is dedicated to the financial health of our current and future members.

Carla Milton
Carla Milton serves as the 2025–2026 Treasurer and has been a valued member of the Board since 2022, following three years of service as an Associate Volunteer from 2019 to 2022. She is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Community Health System, bringing extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to organizational excellence to her role.
