Accessibility Statement
Noble Credit Union is committed to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act.  We strive to ensure that all members, including members with disabilities, can access the products, services, facilities, and advantages we provide.

Branch & ATM
Our branches are designed to meet all federal, state and local standards for accessibility.  Accessibility features at our branches include:

  • Exterior: Parking space sizes, signage, slopes and grading
  • Interior:  Accessible teller windows

Members who have difficulty entering or navigating our branches may request assistance from any of our branch employees.  We also welcome service animals.

Our ATMs allow visually impaired members to conduct ATM transactions privately, using a speech-enabled headphone jack.  In addition, our ATMs include Braille instructions and meet the ADA for maximum height and reach requirement.

Phone
California Relay Service (CRS) can be used to communicate with us by phone.  A specially trained Communications Assistant (CA) can relay a call from or to a TTY including Voice Carry Over (VCO) and Hearing Carry Over (HCO), computer, webcam or videophone.  Dial 711 to reach CRS.  Noble Credit Union offers Online CHAT which can be accessed inside Online Banking for members that prefer that channel of communication instead.

Mobile/Online
Noble Credit Union's mobile and online channels serve as useful ways to access our products and services.  Noble Credit Union is continually working to make our website and mobile application as accessible as possible.

To optimize your experience, we recommend using the latest version of your web browser, user assistive technologies and ensure you are using our latest mobile application.  For members using screen reader software, the following browser and screen reader combinations will provide the best experience:

  • Microsoft Windows:  Internet Explorer or Firefox with the JAWS or NVDA screen reader
  • MAC OSX:  Safari with VoiceOver
  • Apple iOS:  Safari with VoiceOver
  • Android:  Firefox and Talkback

Third Party Site Disclaimer
Noble Credit Union uses different third-party websites such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook to spread news and information about Noble Credit Union products and services.  In addition, our website contains links to websites hosted by other parties.  These sites, which are not controlled by Noble Credit Union, may present challenges for individuals with disabilities that we are not able to control or remedy.
